Our Medical Providers
Jared Manning, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his internal medicine residency and medical oncology/hematology fellowship at the University of Utah / Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City.
Phatama Padavanija, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine
in Mobile. She completed her residency at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and her hematology / oncology fellowship at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Charles Smith, MD, Radiation Oncologist, is board certified in radiation oncology and a Diplomate in the American College of Radiology: Radiation Therapy. His extensive, long-term expertise includes more than 35 years in practice with St. Luke's MSTI. Dr. Smith earned his medical degree from Northwestern University in Chicago and performed his internship at Swedish Hospital in Seattle. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Banu Symington, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency at the University of Washington and her hematology/oncology fellowship at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, both in Seattle.

Patients are seen by appointment. Please notify us if you will be late; you may be asked to reschedule.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to serve all patients in a timely manner.
