Dr. Dr. Krishna C. Alluri Krishna C. Alluri, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He earned his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington. He completed his hematology and oncology fellowship at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis, where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Thomas Beck Thomas Beck, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is Medical Director of St. Luke's MSTI. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. Dr. Beck earned his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed his residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Amy Cooper Amy Cooper, MD, Gynecology Oncologist, is board certified in gynecology and gynecologic oncology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington. She completed her residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and her gynecology oncology fellowship at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Ronald Dorn Ronald Dorn, MD, Radiation Oncologist, is board certified in therapeutic radiology and a Fellow in the American College of Radiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine Cancer Research and Treatment Center, both in Albuquerque.
Dr. William Kreisle William Kreisle, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is the Medical Director of St. Luke's MSTI's Blood and Marrow Transplant Program. He is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. Dr. Kreisle earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and and his fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Dr. Tonya Kuhn Tonya Kuhn, MD, Radiation Oncologist, is board certified in radiation oncology. She completed her undergraduate studies in cellular and molecular biology at the University of Washington in Seattle, and earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore. She completed her radiation oncology residency at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
Dr. Paul Montgomery Paul Montgomery, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and completed his residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Jerry Perez Jerry Perez, MD, Gynecology Oncologist, is board certified in gynecology oncology, obstetrics, and gynecology. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University of Medicine in Washington, DC and completed his residency at the University of Southern California/Women's Hospital in Los Angeles.
Dr. Matthew W. Schoolfield

Matthew W. Schoolfield, MD, Thoracic Surgeon, is the Medical Director of St. Luke's MSTI's Thoracic Oncology Program. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and board eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Schoolfield earned his medical degree from the University of South Dakota, and completed his general surgery residency at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania and his cardiothoracic surgery residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. He specializes in minimally invasive techniques for diagnosing and treating cancers of the thorax.

Dr. William Traverso William Traverso, MD serves as the director of St. Luke's Clinic – Center for Pancreatic Diseases and is certified by the American Board of General Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine and completed his residency at the UCLA Department of Surgery. Dr. Traverso specializes in pancreatic diseases, including pancreatic cancer.
Dr. Stephen Smith Stephen Smith, MD, Radiation Oncologist, is board certified in radiation oncology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, where he also completed his residency.
Dr. Theodore Walters Theodore Walters, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is Research Director at St. Luke's MSTI. He is board certified in internal medicine and hematology. Dr. Walters earned his medical degree from the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland.
Dr. Dan S. Zuckerman Dan S. Zuckerman, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and his hematology and oncology fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, both in Boston.
Dr. Norman Zuckerman Norman Zuckerman, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in hematology, internal medicine, and medical oncology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Bologna in Italy. He completed his internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and his medical oncology/hematology fellowship at M. D. Anderson Hospital in Houston and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle.
Kathleen Clifford, RN Kathleen Clifford, RN, MSN, C-FNP, AOCN, Nurse Practitioner, works in Medical Oncology / Hematology. She is nationally certified as an advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner by the Oncology Nursing Society and as a family practice nurse practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of California, San Francisco.
Linda L. Erlandson Linda L. Erlandson, RN, MSN, FNP, Nurse Practitioner, works in Medical Oncology / Hematology. She is nationally certified as a family practice nurse practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center, and is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville.
Mallori Hooker

Mallori Hooker, RN, MSN, NP-C, AOCNP, Nurse Practitioner, works in Medical Oncology / Hematology. She is nationally certified as an advanced oncology nurse practitioner from the Oncology Nursing Society, and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Woman's University in Dallas.

 

Colleen Lambertz Colleen Lambertz, RN, MBA, MSN, FNP, Nurse Practitioner, works in Radiation Oncology. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from South Dakota State University in Brookings, Master of Business Administration from Boise State University, and Master of Science in Nursing / Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane.
Cheryl L. Mills Cheryl L. Mills, RN, MSN, FNP, AOCNP, Nurse Practitioner, works in Medical Oncology / Hematology. She is nationally certified as an advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner by the Oncology Nursing Society and as a family practice nurse practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Boise State University and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello.
Dustin Bowman, PA Dustin Bowman, PA, is a certified Physician Assistant working in Medical Oncology / Hematology. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Studies from Boise State University and Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Training from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.

Patients are seen by appointment. Please notify us if you will be late; you may be asked to reschedule.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to serve all patients in a timely manner.

If you are a new patient, you will be mailed paperwork to complete prior to your appointment. We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, or insurance information.

Medication Refills

If you need a refill on any medication, please contact your pharmacy and they will notify us. Allow 24-48 hours to process your refill request.
