Community Health Needs Assessment

The St. Luke’s Nampa Community Health Needs Assessment, or CHNA, helps us to better understand the specific health challenges facing the people and families of Canyon county. The CHNA allows us to pinpoint, assess, and address our community’s most critical needs. We use that information to develop health improvement initiatives, provide better care at a lower cost, and define and guide our operational and strategic plans.
