St. Luke’s has provided you with an online website to access your Human Resources (HR) information.
This provides many benefits to you:
Annual Benefits Online Enrollment officially closed at 5 p.m. MST, Friday, February 27, 2015.
We encourage all employees to go into myBC and review the benefits you elected during the enrollment period. Click on myHR Employee Self-Serve, Benefits Open Enrollment, 4-Review Pending Benefits to see which benefits you elected for April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016.
If you review your benefits and discover you've made a mistake, please contact Benefits Services at (208) 381-6180 or email@example.com to report the error. A determination will be made at that time as to whether you can make any changes or adjustments to your elections.
You will have until Friday, March 6, 2015 at 5 p.m. MST to report any mistakes to Benefits Services.
If you did NOT go online during the enrollment period and had a medical and/or dental plan for the 2014/2015 plan year, you will be automatically defaulted into the HealthSave Medical Plan and Incentive Dental Plan, and Vision will be dropped for the 2015/2016 plan year. All other benefits (i.e., Flexible Spending Accounts) will end as of March 31, 2015, as you are required to re-enroll in these benefits each plan year.
