  • Coordination of care with quality specialist, if referrals are necessary
  • Case coordinator at each clinic monitors employee's progress, arranges any treatments or procedures, and communicates the necessary medical and return-to-work information to the employee, employer, and insurance company
  • Detailed Activity Status Report provided to employee and faxed to employer and insurance company within 30 minutes of each appointment
  • Post-accident drugs screens completed at time of care, if required
