2015 Open Subscription Period!

In the Treasure Valley, Subscription Renewal Season is upon us! Now is your chance to make changes to your magazine and journal subscriptions for the 2015 subscription year.

As part of St. Luke’s ongoing goal to incorporate TEAMwork into our processes, subscriptions are going to be handled a little differently this year. In the past, each department had the ability to order any title published without knowing the cost or service history. For all Clinical and Departmental titles, this will remain the case. For Waiting Room subscriptions, the library has compiled a list of titles with low per-issue costs and excellent service histories from their publishers. We ask those of you who are supplying reading materials in your waiting rooms to order from the list. If you have any questions about this change or how titles were selected, please contact Amy at 381-2275 or

Departments with existing subscriptions will be receiving renewal packets on or around August 15th, 2014. If you don't receive a packet and want to order subscriptions, blank order forms can be found by clicking the links below:

All 2015 subscription forms must be received by September 2nd, 2014. Failure to return forms will result in cancellation of all subscriptions. Replacement orders cannot be placed until the 2016 Open Subscription Period.

We look forward to assisting you with your subscription needs. If you have additional questions regarding subscriptions or the renewal process, please do not hesitate to contact Amy or Jacque.
