Memorial and Honorariums
St. Luke's Magic Valley Health Foundation
Helping you express your love for others through charitable gifts
Commemoration of others - A donor may give a gift in a person's name or memorialize another person with a gift to the Foundation. All gifts, no matter the size, deserve appropriate recognition.
Memorial gifts will be a lasting tribute to departed loved ones. Notice of your gift will be sent to the family without the amount mentioned.
Honor gifts can be given for a birthday, wedding, anniversary or promotion.
Legacy Society Members - Since 1952, generous and visionary individuals have given to benefit the health of Magic Valley citizens. The Legacy Society provides a way for the St. Luke's Magic Valley Health Foundation to thank generous donors during their lifetimes.
Society members are recognized on wall plaques in special
areas of the hospital including the Legacy
Society Wall of Honor, The
Cancer Wall of Honor, and the McKain-Kinney
Remembrance Rose Garden. Members are also listed in each
Annual Report and receive Foundation publications and special
program notifications.
Each gift is recognized in writing and in the Foundation's
Annual Report. Additional forms of recognition may involve
permanent plaques and press releases. For more information
on memorial or honorary gifts, send
email to Kathy Lewin, St. Luke's Magic Valley Health
Foundation, or call 208.737.2480.
DONOR TAX ADVANTAGE
The Internal Revenue Service allows deductions to qualifying donors of charitable gifts. These charitable contributions and the methods by which they are made to the St. Luke's Magic Valley Health Foundation should be discussed with your tax or legal advisor.
