The Epicurean Evening celebrates its 18th birthday this year! The Epicurean showcases a variety of southern Idaho chefs who donate their time, their talents and their menu to the event. An array of fine wines, courtesy of Hayden Beverage, will be available to complement each dish.
While the Epicurean will continue its long-standing tradition of featuring southern Idaho’s best chefs, we’re adding a twist to this year’s event. Each chef will choose a dish, and members of the Boise chapter of the American Culinary Federation will judge each dish. At the end of the evening, the judges will award winners in each category; one of the chefs will receive an Overall People’s Choice ribbon based on the recommendations of our guests.
Net proceeds from the fundraiser go to cancer care funds managed by the St. Luke’s Magic Valley Health Foundation. Join us for an evening of gourmet food, quality wines, and dancing to the High Street Combo!
