St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center Medical
Imaging provides fast, efficient services to aid physicians
in the diagnosis and treatment of their patients. The Radiology
Department uses PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication
Systems) technology for all imaging.
Our Medical Imaging department is one of the most complete in the region, providing inpatients and outpatients with up-to-date diagnostic services to both identify medical problems and monitor progress of on-going patient care.
Board certified radiologists (physicians specially trained in performing and interpreting diagnostic images) perform general, interventional, angiographic, CT, and MRI procedures. A radiologist is available on site to consult with your doctor about test results. The Medical Imaging department is supported by registered technologists representing registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide a wide variety of imaging tests.
