Osteoporosis: Prevention and Treatment 

This series of classes will help participants to improve their calcium intake through healthy meal planning and increase their level of physical activity to prevent/treat osteoporosis.  Rhea Lanting, MS University of Idaho Extension Educator, will teach the class.
