Reduced Price Cardiac Risk Profiles for only $16.00

SLMVMC Laboratory Services offers reduced price cardiac risk and glucose profiles for $16.00. This blood draw requires that you do not eat for 12 hours prior to testing. Test results will be mailed to you. (You may drink water, but no other beverages or food.) 

Specimens may be drawn at several locations:
SLMVMC - Addison Campus Outpatient Lab Services (650 Addison Ave. West, Twin Falls) - 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday

SLMVMC Laboratory Services - Doctor's Park (570 Shoup Ave. West, Twin Falls) - 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

SLMVMC - Downtown Campus Laboratory (660 Shoshone Street East, Twin Falls) - 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday

SLMVMC Laboratory Services - Buhl Medical Center (Fair & Highway 30, Buhl) - 8 a.m. - 12 noon Monday - Friday
