How Much Physical Activity Do You Need?
Spring Training

Batter up! Put yourself on the roster for St. Luke’s Spring Training program, a 9-week physical activity challenge designed to spark some “friendly competition” across the health system! Participants will log their exercise (walking, stair climbing, cycling, etc.) and accumulate “miles” while traveling between some of America’s great baseball stadiums—from Boise (Hawk’s Stadium) to Boston (Fenway Park).
