New Graduate Nursing Opportunities

We have diverse opportunities for new graduates. Typically we accept new applicants twice a year; in the fall and in early spring. Schedules are varied and multiple units consider new graduates.
If a current opportunity is not listed, you may email us with your contact information. We will notify you when a posting becomes available. Email Janae Beckstead at

Qualifications:  All external candidates must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree nursing program with less than one year of RN experience and a current Idaho RN license before the first day of employment.  As a new graduate RN, please apply ONLY to the graduate nurse posting.

Features of the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program:  We enroll all newly employed graduate nurses at St. Luke's into our Graduate Nurse Residency Program.  The Graduate Nurse Residency Program is designed to ease the transitional challenges of moving from nursing student to clinical nurse professional. Rooted in the belief that residency programs are not one-size fits all, St. Luke's is committed to championing a Nurse Residency Program for graduate nurses that is dynamic, creates a culture of learning, and is learner and outcome-driven. More information will be provided upon receipt of your application.
