At St. Luke's, we know our employees aren't simply satisfied with getting a job and keeping it. That's why we offer ample opportunities for staff to explore further within their careers and even beyond. Intra- and inter-departmental transfers are encouraged for those who have established a good working history. Our tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs allow employees to move beyond their current employment capacity and encourage employees to take advantage of the many continuing education opportunities available both within and outside the medical center.

Recognition

A paycheck simply isn't enough for a job well done. And St. Luke's has established many ways to recognize and thank its employees for going above and beyond the call of duty. The St. Luke's President's Award, the Award for Nursing Excellence, monthly Employee Recognition Awards--all are presented with the greatest pride in our greatest asset--our employees.
