Orthopedic practitioners specialize in diagnosis and treatment of problems of the musculoskeletal system, which includes the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves.

Justin Dazley, MD is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in spinal surgery. He has special interest in diseases and conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine due to deformity, trauma, and degenerative causes. Dr. Dazley earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at State University of New York-Stony Brook. He completed his spinal surgery fellowship at Harvard University-Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
|Blake Gammell Johnson, MD specializes in shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction, knee injuries and reconstruction, joint replacement of shoulders, hips, and knees, and hip arthroscopies. He earned his medical degree from Tulane University and completed his residency in surgery and orthopedics at the Mayo Clinic. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at Lake Tahoe, California before joining Dr. Retmier and Dr. May in 1997.|
|William F. May, MD specializes in sports medicine, including injuries of the upper extremity, shoulder, and hand. He also specializes in total joint replacement and trauma, and has served as a team physician for the College of Southern Idaho. Dr. May earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University, and completed his orthopedic surgical residency in 1992, after which he joined practice with Dr. Retmier in Twin Falls.|
|Rohn Tyler McKee, DO treats pediatric, teen, and adult patients. He specializes in arthritis and osteoporosis, and treats all aspects of orthopedics. He performs arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, and rehabilitation services, and treats trauma and fractures. Dr. McKee earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He earned his medical degree from Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Ohio University, Doctors Hospital, in Columbus, finishing in 2006.|
|James M. Retmier, MD specializes in adult reconstruction, including total joint replacements, with a concentration in knee and hip replacement. He also treats sports medicine injuries and trauma. Dr. Retmier earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis. He completed his surgery internship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania and his orthopedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic.|
|Mark B. Wright, MD specializes in total joint replacement, sports medicine injuries, trauma, and upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, where is also completed his orthopedic surgery residency.|
|Tyler R. Wayment, MD is a hand specialist and plastic surgeon. He performs hand surgeries that include fractures, lacerations, and other medical conditions of the hand and wrist. He also offers expertise in a wide variety of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures. Dr. Wayment earned his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine. He performed his general surgery residency at North East Ohio University College of Medicine and went on to specialize in plastic surgery at North East Ohio University College of Medicine, Summa Health System. He completed a hand fellowship at Christine M. Kleinert Institute of Hand and Micro Surgery in Louisville.|
We try to stay on time, as a courtesy to you and others. Since paperwork may take a few minutes, please arrive early. As emergencies do occur, there may be occasions when your appointment time will be delayed. We will always try to keep you informed in the event of a delay, and will be happy to reschedule your appointment, if you prefer. We ask that you respect the appointment time we have reserved for you, and call 24 hours ahead to cancel or change appointments so that others may be helped during that time.
Communication with your provider is extremely important. It may be helpful for you to write down questions for your doctor or nurse practitioner prior to your visit. Bring a list of medications and the dosages, or bring the bottles with you.
Make sure you understand any instructions you are given. If clarification is needed, review your instructions with the provider or medical assistant before you leave. If you aren’t doing well after your visit, we want to hear from you. Our goal is to improve your health.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, in-state Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and others.
Talk with your provider at each visit to be sure your prescriptions are up to date. For refills, contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will then contact our office for verification and approval. For patient safety, narcotics cannot be refilled outside of office hours. Talk with your provider before your prescription runs out, and please allow 48 hours for refills.
