Mommy and Me Stretch and Tone
This once a week yoga class is designed for mothers and their babies beginning 6-8 weeks postpartum. Mothers can attend until their baby begins crawling. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small blanket for the baby to lay on and a baby bjorn carrier or equivalent to class.
Have your physician sign the "permission to exercise" form and give it to your instructor the first night of class. Please check in by 11:15. If you are returning to class for an additional month/ months please call your payment in to St. Luke's at 381-9000 at the beginning of each month you are returning.

Enrollment Criteria: If you or your spouse are employees of St. Luke's, are part of the Healthy Pregnancy Program, or are signing up more than one child, please do NOT enroll online. You are eligible for special discounts by calling St. Luke's Connect at 381-9000. If you or your spouse are employees of St. Luke's and you continue to register online, no refunds will be issued.
