Enrollment Criteria:
Name, Address, Contact Phone Number, Institution - Place of Employment, Profession/Credentials (RN, Tech or Clerical), Dates of Attendance (11/07/2008, 11/08/2008 or both), and mention that CEU's are available. 150 people total for both days.
