Survivor's Night

Description:
The event kicks off with a presentation from Gary and Marlys Johnson, who founded the organization Cancer Adventures after Gary was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer. The remainder of the evening will include presentations on exercise, nutrition and stress reduction for the cancer survivor and care giver. Find ways to incorporate these simple tips into your daily routine to improve your strength, reduce your risk of recurrance and enjoy your life to the fullest!
