Pediatric Hospitalists

Pediatric hospitalists are pediatricians who provide inpatient medical care for hospitalized infants, children, and adolescents. At St. Luke's Children's Hospital, pediatric hospitalists work with a child's primary physician and pediatric subspecialists to coordinate referral, admission, and care in a seamless manner.

Because the Children's Hospital is their primary practice site, hospitalists are more familiar with the hospital than most pediatricians. They are also able to spend more time with a patient, and are in constant contact with the child's regular pediatrician.

To contact a hospitalist at St. Luke's Children's Hospital, please call 381-2645.
