St. Luke's Hospice Kids' Team was formed to care for dying children and support their families through one of life's greatest losses. Team members are specially trained to meet the needs and wishes of our young-and incredibly brave-patients.

St. Luke's Hospice pediatric caregivers are committed to helping children live fully in the time they have, and die with dignity surrounded by those they love. In providing compassionate end-of-life care, Hospice caregivers work in partnership with the patient, family, and physician, providing expert medical care, pain and symptom management, and emotional and spiritual support-offering stability and comfort when it's needed most.

Hospice services are provided seven days a week, including holidays, with 24-hour on-call. Services include:

• Skilled nursing
• Chaplain services
• Social worker visits
• Volunteer services for respite
• Home health aide services
• Nutrition counseling
• Pharmaceutical services
• Bereavement Services
