At St. Luke’s Home Care, our Pediatric Care Team is specially trained in pediatrics and dedicated to providing skilled, compassionate care for high-risk newborns and children of all ages. Our providers’ cumulative years of dedicated pediatric care in nursing, social work, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy provide a continuum of care as the child transitions to and from the home environment.

Along with oncology, orthopedic, cardiac, and IV therapy patients, our multidisciplinary team provides specialized home care services for premature infants, children of high-risk families, children with congenital anomalies, and children with swallowing and feeding problems. An individualized family-centered plan of care is developed for each patient receiving Home Care services. Care is provided seven days a week, including holidays, with 24-hour on-call.
