David W. Christensen, MD, FAAP
Dr. Christensen is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine, and is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree. He completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of California, Irvine, where he also served as chief pediatric resident. He performed his fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at the University of Utah/Primary Children’s Medical Center.

Derrick J. N. Dauplaise, MD

Derrick J. N. Dauplaise, MD
Dr. Dauplaise is board certified in pediatrics. He earned his medical degree and bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He completed his residency in pediatrics and fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Jansen is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine, and is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, where he also completed his pediatric internship and residency and his fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Southern College in Collegedale, Tennessee, and a master’s degree in business administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Mark McConnell, MD

Mark McConnell, MD
Dr. McConnell is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine, and is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, where he also completed his residency in pediatrics and internal medicine, and his fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine. He also completed a fellowship in adult and pediatric critical care medicine at Stanford University Medical Center/Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Stanford, California.
