Child Life Wish List
Thank you for you generous thoughtfulness toward the children and families at St. Luke's Children's Hospital. Every donation makes a difference to our kids and teens.
Items We Can Accept
- New toys, books, and games (see lists of appropriate suggestions below)
- Craft kits and materials that are nontoxic
- Used plastic toys that are in “like-new” condition
- New stuffed animals
- Non-violent video games for Wii, Playstation 2 and 3, Xbox 360/Kinect (ratings E-T)
- Nintendo DS and non-violent games to go with it (ratings E-T)
Items We Cannot Accept
- Used items such as fabric dolls and stuffed animals cannot be accepted because of infection control and difficulty in cleaning.
- Used books and magazines
- Food and candy: Many of our patients are on special diets.
- Rubber / latex balloons: Latex allergy precautions and hazards of choking
- Religious material: We serve children of various faiths and beliefs.
