Thank you for you generous thoughtfulness toward the children and families at
St. Luke's Children's Hospital. Every donation makes a difference to our kids
and teens.

Items We Can Accept

  • New toys, books, and games (see lists of appropriate suggestions below)
  • Craft kits and materials that are nontoxic
  • Used plastic toys that are in “like-new” condition
  • New stuffed animals
  • Non-violent video games for Wii, Playstation 2 and 3, Xbox 360/Kinect (ratings E-T)
  • Nintendo DS and non-violent games to go with it (ratings E-T)

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Used items such as fabric dolls and stuffed animals cannot be accepted because of infection control and difficulty in cleaning.
  • Used books and magazines
  • Food and candy: Many of our patients are on special diets.
  • Rubber / latex balloons: Latex allergy precautions and hazards of choking
  • Religious material: We serve children of various faiths and beliefs.
