What Is a Urologist?

St. Luke’s Mountain States Urology
is open to serve you from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment. Please notify us
if you will be late; you may be asked to reschedule.
If you
are a new patient, you will be mailed paperwork to complete
prior to your appointment. We ask that you bring your insurance
card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes
in your address, phone number, and/or insurance information.
Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances are accepted.
