The Center for Spine Wellness
At the Center for Spine Wellness, our goal is to coordinate evidence-based management for the treatment of back pain. We have developed a system of care that can support you through the healing process, both clinically and emotionally, by ensuring that you understand and share in the decision-making of the most medically appropriate care for your condition.
The center is designed to work in partnership with you and your primary physician-if you have one-and other caregivers as necessary. These other caregivers may include a physical therapist, chiropractic physician, social worker, mental health professional, or physicians who specialize in care of the spine, called "spine interventionalists."
The Center for Spine Wellness was developed by the SELECT Medical Network of Idaho, Inc., a network of primary care physicians and specialists who are committed to providing patients with the highest quality, most efficient health care available. SELECT Medical Network of Idaho, Inc. has an agreement with St. Luke's Boise to provide services.
Appointments
The Center for Spine Wellness is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made 24 hours/day, seven days/week. Patients can usually be seen within 24 hours of the call or on the first business day following a weekend or holiday.
