Scheduling Home Care Visits
St. Luke's Home Care visits are scheduled upon referral from a doctor. Once a physician referral is made, a Home Care representative meets with the patient to discuss his or her needs and develop a plan of care.
Home Care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance companies; these agencies are billed directly. For those without insurance coverage, other options may be available.
