Dr. Korn

David Brown, MD
Dr. Brown specializes in a variety of bariatric and general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.

He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. He completed his internship and performed his general surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Clinic information

Dr. Korn

Jason Kemp, MD
Dr. Kemp specializes in advanced laparoscopic and foregut surgery including laparoscopic gastric bypass, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic nissen fundoplication, laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repair, and laparocopic gastric stimulator placement.

He earned his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and completed his general surgery residency and internship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He completed additional training in advanced laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Thomas R. Huntington at St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center.

Dr. Kemp is certified by the American Board of General Surgery and a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. Clinic information

Dr. Korn

Robert Korn, MD, PhD
Medical Director
Dr. Korn has performed more than 500 bariatric procedures since 2003. He specializes in laparaoscopic and open gastric bypass as well as laparaoscopic gastric banding.

He earned his medical degree and doctorate in cardiac physiology from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his surgical residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia and fellowship in surgical critical care at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Korn is certified by the American Board of Surgery in both general surgery and critical care, and is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He also leads St. Luke's residency program in general surgery. Clinic information

Dr. Valentine Jim Valentine, MD
Dr. Valentine is an experienced bariatric surgeon and a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

He performs laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, laparoscopic gastric banding, and sleeve gastrectomy. Clinic information
