Initiative Statement:
YAK! is an initiative of the Blaine County Teen Advisory Council BCTAC and the Blaine County Youth Partnership BCYP to help adults and youth build healthy relationships.
Mission:
To identify and facilitate opportunities for youth and adults to increase the number of Developmental Assets possessed by Blaine County youth.
Vision:
A community in which youth and adult connection is a part of everyday experience. All residents provide and encourage support and empowerment so that all Blaine County youth believe they are loved, respected, and treated with dignity.
